Shipping and Returns

Shipment cost depends on the destination. As required by the rules of the trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale invoice shows the discounted amounts.

Date of shipment
Orders are shipped within 5 days from Italy, from Monday to Friday within 9:00-15:30. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Delivery on the national territory (excluding islands) takes place in 24-48 hours . For delivery in Sicily, Sardinia, islands and places difficult to reach, the shipping time may be delayed. Available articles for the shipping is immediate. Shipping to EU or ex-EU countries can take up to 8 days.

Tracking and shipping
At the time of shipment of the order, we send the customers an email containing the tracking number. Customers can track the status of your shipment on the courier website, simply by entering the number of your shipment in the "ID number." The web page displayed will show exact and updated movements of the shipment.

Authorized delivery
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a successful delivery of the shipment test signature. If for any reason, the box looks tampered or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering of the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and our support service. If for any reason the shipment can not be successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned. These extra costs will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

Delivery order
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with us and therefore undertake to accept delivery of your package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requires the return to sender, any shipping charges, charged to us, will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. The cost of shipping for non-EU countries EXCLUDES customs duties and import taxes, which will be charged to the customer. Please ask your local authorities for more information.

Returns and Refunds
In the event that the goods received does not correspond to your order, or present some defects, unused item can be returned undamaged and with store credit or refund within 10 days from date of shipment.

Return Instructions
To request authorization to return, the customer must send a request to us within 14 days from receipt of order. In the e-mail address must be specified codes of the items that you wish to return and desired compensation: change size, Store Credit, or partial refund.
In the procedure to return made for goods not suited to your order or defective, the return shipping will be FREE. Free goods is only one change provided for each authorized return.

The Store Credit:

  • can be used only once within 3 months from the time of the return;
  • can not be combined with other Store Credit;
  • must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value;
  • if not used within the 3 month limit will be converted to a partial refund.

in the procedure to return made for repayment (wrong size and similar), the return shipment will be charged to the customer. The cost of return shipping depends on which courier is selected by the customer. The rebate will be visible on the statement of the customer's credit card after a minimum of 30 days from the date of repayment. This timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of credit card used.

Terms and conditions for returns
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received along with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and it must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.
in the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors in shipments by us, is required to follow the same instructions above.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective merchandise and pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods at his premises.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by us and must meet all the parameters listed in the return process. We reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions provided for by our returns policy.
